Erin Coffey (née Lafferty) is a native of Fort Worth, Texas and a graduate of Santa Clara University with a B.A. in Theatre Arts, Emphasis in Dance, and Spanish Studies. She is an educator, arts administrator, and performing artist with a continued interest in creating new work, community-based art making, and social justice. After graduating from SCU, she completed a fellowship in Marin Theatre Company's Education Department while continuing to perform in the Bay Area before moving on to Redhouse Arts Center in Syracuse, NY. In addition to programming educational opportunities and developing arts integrated curriculum, she also served as the Resident Choreographer for two consecutive seasons at Redhouse. Now, Erin is the Education Director at Goodspeed Musicals in East Haddam, Connecticut, as well as a freelance dancer and choreographer.
